Meet John Mayman
Founder & Principal Broker - JAM Packed Finance
With over 20 years experience in the Finance industry and a passion for helping people achieve their home ownership goals, John Mayman is the driving force behind JAM Packed Finance.
John believes that getting a mortgage shouldn't feel overwhelming or impersonal - it should feel empowering. His mission is simple: to give every client clarity, confidence, and genuine support throughout their lending journey.
After years in the industry, John saw how many borrowers were treated like numbers, not people. That inspired him to launch JAM Packed Finance - a brokerage built on trust, transparency, and true service. His goal is to make every client's experience 'jam packed' with choice, value and simplicity.
Known for his approachable style and friendly manner, John takes the time to understand each client's unique goals. John has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of home finance, from first home buyers to large complex transactions.
Outside of the office, John is happily married to Raquel, and a father to two boys, Monty and Leo. As a family they love travel, live sports and music. John is heavily involved in the local cricket community, as an Executive member of both the Sale Cricket Club and the Sale Maffra Junior Cricket Association. One of his proudest moments was coaching his son, Monty, and his mates to back to back cricket premierships. John is still playing cricket with a large amount of those premiership teams in Sale's 2nd XI.
